Ubisoft Says Assassin's Creed Won't Have a New Game in 2019

Assassin's Creed won't see another portion in 2019, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot uncovered at Gamescom 2018 on Wednesday.

GameSpot reports that Guillemot put the hole year down to the advancement procedure of the up and coming Assassin's Creed Odyssey and its antecedent Assassin's Creed Origins. The two titles were produced in the meantime – Odyssey by Ubisoft Quebec, and Origins by Ubisoft Montreal – and henceforth could be discharged near each other.

"On Assassin's, we had an amusement [in 2018] and we have one this year, however we are not going to have an undeniable Assassin's one year from now," Guillemot said. "It's on account of the group were working independently, so we have two recreations now, one year after the other. Be that as it may, one year from now you're not going to have a completely fledged [sic] one."

Furthermore, Ubisoft will discharge extra substance for Odyssey through 2019. "What you will have is loads of substance going ahead [Odyssey]," he included. This is the second time as of late that Ubisoft has enthusiastically chosen to take a year off for its well known establishment, in the wake of skipping 2016 for its mainline sections. The people group has been reacting exceptionally well to it and when I see what we are carrying with Odyssey I realize that the network that got back in with Origins will be astounded."

Ubisoft Montreal commenced Assassin's Creed in 2007, and the Quebec group – situated in a similar Canadian region – has worked close by since 2010's Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. The main real passage not taken care of by both of the two was 2014's Assassin's Creed Rogue from Ubisoft Sofia.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is set to discharge October 5 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Pre-orders for Spartan Collector's Edition will get early access beginning October 2.
